The journey began with these two passports,
Nick, from Korea,
Iris, from Taiwan.
We started planning our trip couple of months ago before our departure, but I gotta have to say all we did was having our flight to Paris booked. Since we were still apart at the time and both busy, It was hard to get things organised and prepared. So, what you are about to see is a VERY free and adventurous 40 days traveling journey base on Europe.
Since it was not a straight flight to Paris, our first stop was Japan! Luckily we got to stay in Narita, Japan for one night before leaving for out next stop Vienna.
I’ve traveled to Japan 3 times in my life, and I just loved this country so much, you can probably judge by how much I love sushi, when it comes to food Japan would never let you down.
After all settled down in our Hotel ( Hotel Info down below), we decided to went out to seek for dinner. We had a hard time choosing what to eat since all the Japanese restaurant all look so GOOOOD! But eventually we walked in to this restaurant across the street from our hotel, which turned out to be a brilliant decision.
這間餐廳就位於我們的飯店斜對面(飯店資訊於文末)，『こだわりもん 一家 成田店』，是連鎖餐廳，非常推薦！
We were welcomed by a energetic Japanese greeting, a giant open kitchen where you can see clearly how the chef is cooking the food, and a friendly good-looking waiter who kept talking to us in Japanese ( I found it interesting how Japanese just likes to talk to you in Japanese anyway though they know you don’t get a thing. I love it lol)
The food was fabulous, as well as the service, though we thought it was a little expensive at the time. But soon we learned that everything was cheap in Japan once we saw the price tags in Europe…
Thought it was a short night in Japan, we tried to do (eat) as much as we could. If you ever get to visit Japan, make sure you check out the convenience stores, a place packed of Japanese snacks, desserts, tea (I personally love green tea), variety of lunch boxes, or even Japanese porn magazine if you’d like(?). Anything, there’s nothing you can’t buy in a Japanese convenient store, even the cheap bread from there’s good.
We left early on the next morning for our flight to Vienna. Still we made sure that we had some Japanese ramen for breakfast before leaving this lovely country.
SAY YES to the ramen!
(Couldn’t find a proper porn magazine)
And our journey to Europe begins, here.
Next stop, Vienna!
成田水星飯店(Mercure Hotel Narita)
review: Highly recommended for its location. Complimentary shuttle buses between Narita International Airport and the hotel (about 15 mins ride). 1 Minute walk to Narita Train Station where you can easily access to the airport by train as well. Last and Most importantly, lots of restaurants near by.
